Create decks, add cards, set a commander, import lists, and dig into a completely redesigned deck details screen.

Open the Decks tab

Tap the Decks tab at the bottom (the stacked-rectangles icon) to see your decks.

The deck list is art-forward — each deck shows its cover art, and you can sort, filter by format, and search by name. To set a deck’s cover, long-press a deck and choose Change cover, or long-press a card and choose Set as cover.

The Deck Details screen

Tap a deck to open its Deck Details screen — rebuilt around a full-bleed hero of your commander's art instead of a plain info header. Below the hero, everything is grouped into four buckets:

Overview

The deck's info, cards and commander — where you add cards, set your commander and manage the deck (see the sections below).

Assist

Mox's evaluation and suggestions for the deck — see Ask Mox.

Play

A quick-glance record — your Games, Win Rate and a recent-form bar chart — with a shortcut into the full Game History.

Analyze

A shortcut into Full Analytics for the deck.

Three buttons scroll horizontally near the top of the screen — + Log Game, Game History › and Full Analytics › — for jumping straight to either deeper screen.

Create a new deck

Open the Add New Deck sheet

Tap the plus button (top-right). The Add New Deck sheet opens.
Name your deck

Under Deck Name, type a name (placeholder Enter deck name).
Choose a format

Under Deck Format, tap Select a format and choose one (Standard, Pioneer, Modern, Legacy, Vintage, Commander, Pauper…).
Pick colours (optional)

Optionally pick Deck Colors (W, U, B, R, G).
Save

Tap Save.

Or import a deck

Rather than building from scratch, you can bring in a whole list at once.

Add Preconstructed Deck

Browse official precons (the Preconstructed Decks list), search, pick one, confirm and tap Add — all cards are added for you.

Import Deck List

Opens Import Cards with three options — Import from Moxfield (paste a Moxfield URL), Import from File (a text file), or Paste Text (paste a list under DECK LIST, then tap Import).

Add cards to a deck

Open the Add Cards menu

In the deck's Overview bucket, tap the plus button to bring up the Add Cards menu.
Pick how to add

Choose Search to find cards by name, Scan to add by camera, or Import to paste a list.
Add and remove cards

Tap a card to add it; remove a card by swiping it or tapping its trash icon. Tap See all cards to view the full list.

Set the commander

In Overview, for Commander or Brawl decks, tap the Commander slot in the deck info, then choose Search or Take PictureScan. (Other formats show their own slots, e.g. Oathbreaker and Signature Spell.) Your commander's art is also what powers the new hero image at the top of Deck Details.

Rename, reset or delete

Rename

Open the deck, tap the three-dots (⋯) menu, choose Rename and enter a new name.

Renaming a deck isn’t currently available in the Android app.

Change cover

Tap Cover in the deck info and pick a card.

Reset Deck

Three-dots menu → Reset Deck removes every card but keeps the deck.

Delete Deck

Open the deck, tap the three-dots (⋯) menu, then Delete Deck to remove it permanently.

Swipe a deck on the deck list to delete it (there’s no Delete in the ⋯ menu).

Full Analytics

Tap Full Analytics › on the deck (or the Analyze bucket) to open a dedicated analytics screen, titled with your deck's own name.

You’ll see, in order:

Win Rate

Your logged wins and losses for the deck (when game logging is on).

Deck Value

The total price of every card in the deck.

Mana Curve

A bar chart of cards by mana value.

Card Types

A breakdown of creatures, instants, lands and so on.

Color Distribution

How your mana symbols split across the five colours.

Pro: subscribers also get Opening Hand Simulator, Mana Base Health, Advanced Analytics (Synergy Score, Win Conditions, Removal Ratio and Format Compliance) and Deck Value Over Time.

Game History: Games, Rivals, Trends & Prep

Tap Game History › (or the Play bucket's shortcut) to open Game History — a hub with four tabs you switch between by tapping:

Games

Every logged game for this deck. Tap one to open Game Detail — the full breakdown of that single game.

Rivals

The commanders you face most, and your head-to-head record against each.

Trends

Your win rate and results charted over time.

Prep

Pre-game matchup prep — pick an opponent's commander to see what you're up against, then tap Prep Another Matchup to check a different one.

Log a new game any time from the + Log Game button on Deck Details — see the Game Log guide for what you can record.

Ask Mox
